原宿Sankeys PENTHOUSEにて12時間のデイパーティーとして開催され、毎回熱狂的な盛り上がりを見せ人気を集めている〝Tokyo Rooftop Gathering〟監修の元、毎週日曜日朝にアフターアワーズ企画〝Blue Afterhours〟が2020年12/6より始動する。
東京の街並を一望する抜群のルーフトップロケーションの中で、美しい朝陽に包まれて音楽を楽しめる空間は他に無く、新しい時代に入っているこの情勢の中において、日本のアフターアワーズシーンに大きな一石を投じることになりそうだ。
TRGのオーガナイザー兼Resident DJであるSAIMURA、TAICHI KAWAHIRAが隔週ごとに制作 / DJを担当し、12月は年末開催を含め6本のスケジュールが組まれている。ゲストにはYukihiro Fukutomi , ENUOH , Watusi , QUE SAKAMOTO , MASAKI KAWAMURA , KENJI OKANO , 聖体泥棒 , LAMB らがラインナップ。
また、この企画に合わせてSankeysからは新たにモーニングメニューもリリースされ、素晴らしい景観の中で朝食やコーヒーも楽しめる空間となる。この時代に合わせた新しい形の音楽ライフスタイルとしてスタートする本企画、今後は毎週日曜日朝の〝Blue Afterhours〟を是非チェックしてみてほしい。
